These General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the products offered on the website www.1918original.com of which WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L. is the owner. (from now on, WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L.). The acquisition of any of the products implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Specific Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products and services.
The acceptance of this document implies that the USER:
- Has read, understands, and comprehends the contents of this document.
- Is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
- Assumes all the obligations set out here.
These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the PROVIDER'S website.
The PROVIDER informs that the commerce is responsible and knows the current legislation of the countries to which it sends the products and reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification. These General Conditions can be modified without previous notification, therefore, it is advisable to read carefully its content before proceeding to the acquisition of any of the products and services offered.

All notifications and communications between the users and WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L. will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are made by any of the means listed above.
The products offered are displayed on the screen, along with their main characteristics and price. WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L. reserves the right to decide, at any time, which products are offered to Clients. In this way, WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L. may, at any time, add new products to those currently offered.
Likewise, WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L. reserves the right to withdraw or cease to offer, at any time and without prior notice, any of the products offered.
All this without prejudice to the fact that the acquisition of any of the products may only be done by means of the subscription or registration of the USER, with WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L. giving the interested party a user name and password, which will identify and enable them personally to access the products and services. Once inside www.1918original.com. and to access the contracting of the different products, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchasing process, which will imply the reading and acceptance of all the general and particular conditions set out in www.1918original.com.
Personal data such as Name, Surname, Billing Address, Shipping Address, Contact Phone and Email will be requested.
Availability and replacements.
WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L. aims to guarantee the availability of all products advertised on www.1918original.com.
However, in the event that any product ordered is not available or its stock has been exhausted, the customer will be informed immediately on the website by means of the message NO SUFFICIENT PRODUCTS IN STOCK. In the event that a product or size is not available in stock, it will not be selectable at the time of order placement.
If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of this, WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L. may supply a product of similar characteristics without increasing the price, in which case the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising his right of withdrawal and termination of the contract.
In the event of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the client, the refund previously paid will be made by the same form of payment that was made.
When a change is requested in the order placed, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Once it has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The refund will be made, once the order has been registered back in our facilities.
Purchase and/or contracting process.
To make any purchase at www.1918original.com. the customer must be of legal age.

- If you have a GIFT COUPON or a PROMOTION COUPON, you must enter it.
- If you are already registered, select the corresponding option, otherwise you will have to register your data.

The prices indicated for each product include 21% of the Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable. These prices, unless expressly indicated otherwise, do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance or other additional services and attachments to the product or service purchased.
The prices applicable to each product are those published on the website and will be expressed in the EURO currency. The USER assumes that the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time.
Before making the purchase you can check online all the details of the budget: articles, quantities, price, availability, transport costs, charges, discounts, taxes and the total of the purchase. Prices may change daily until the order is placed.
Once the order is placed, prices will be maintained whether or not there is availability of products.
Any payment made to the PROVIDER entails the emission of an invoice in the name of the registered USER or of the company name that the latter has informed at the time of placing the order. This invoice will be sent by mail to the e-mail address provided by the USER and on paper together with the purchased product.

The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of contracting according to the method selected.
The scope of delivery includes the following areas: Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands and Europe.
Shipping methods and delivery times.

- Rest of areas by Courrier and/or Post Office
Upon receipt of the email, preparation of the order and delivery to the agency for the corresponding shipment. If the orders are sent and received before 5 p.m., the delivery time will be a maximum of 4 working days. Delivery times may be affected on some special dates (Christmas, holidays, etc.) with prior notice in the process of hiring the shipping method at the time of purchase.
Prices, costs and taxes.
The prices of the products listed on www.1918original.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed for the duration of their validity, unless there is a printing error and regardless of the destination of the order. The final prices of all the products (and, if applicable, the final prices per unit of measurement, when it is compulsory) together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the articles that appear in the catalogue of www.1918original.com. The products have the VAT included. The VAT rate is 21%.

Product prices may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date of the order. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the customer formalizes his acceptance.
By credit or debit card.
You can make the payment immediately through our bank's secure payment gateway. If it is necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card. Both personal and banking data will be protected with all the security measures established by REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data in complete confidentiality. Any costs generated by this form of payment will be borne by the customer.
Return and Withdrawal Policy.
According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without incurring any cost, except for those provided for in articles 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of 16 November, which approved the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:
- Provision of services already implemented or initiated.
- Contracts for the supply of products made to the consumer's and user's specifications or clearly personalized, or which by their nature cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Supply of sealed goods
The client will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods or products ordered to inform WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L. of their wish to withdraw from the contract.
Withdrawal implies that WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the client within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the client for payment (provided that the product purchased is not within the exceptions indicated above).
During this period, the consumer will inform the entrepreneur of his decision to withdraw from the contract, indicating the order number and the reason for the return, by e-mail to email@example.com
WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L. will communicate to the consumer on a durable medium an acknowledgement of receipt of this withdrawal.
To return a product, it is essential that it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.
Once we receive your request we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return. If we deduct and assume that the product was in bad condition, damaged or with some defect, WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L. will be responsible for the shipping costs. In the case that the reason for the return is a personal matter, the client will be responsible for the return costs and will be able to choose the return method that suits him/her best. If a return of a paid product is made, the amount will be transferred to you in the form of a COUPON for the value of the amount paid and may be used within a period of no more than 2 years.
If it is a refund, you will receive the full amount (except for shipping costs), using the same payment system you used.
WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L. is not responsible for the loss of the products during the return.
- The state of the package must be checked upon receipt of the package and any anomalies must be indicated on the delivery note.
- The customer must go to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain his Return Number and inform us of the items to be returned.
- The products must be returned intact, unused, with all their labels and original packaging. No used, unsealed or damaged items will be accepted.
- Products from the same order must be returned in the same shipment, no returns from the same order will be accepted separately. Your return must meet all these conditions in order to be accepted.
In the event that your return does not meet these conditions and is not accepted, WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L. will contact you to offer you the option of returning the items that have not been accepted. As soon as WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L verifies that all the conditions are met, we will send you an email informing you of the acceptance of the return.
Customer service and complaints.
To file any complaint or claim with WORLD COMPLEMENTS, S.L., the client should contact the customer service department either by telephone at 93 756 62 32 or by e-mail at email@example.com.
In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online disputes between the USER and the PROVIDER, without the need to resort to the courts of law, through the intervention of a third party, called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two.

These conditions shall be governed by or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in those matters that are not expressly established. The PROVIDER and the USER agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Conditions to the courts and tribunals of the USER's domicile.
In case the USER is domiciled outside Spain, the PROVIDER and the USER expressly renounce to any other forum, submitting themselves to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of MATARO.
